Layout looks nice I would reconsider the white on yellow. Hard to read on my 2nd monitor.

I love it mate. Only thing I'd say is even though that's Runescape's logo, try changing the colors so it goes well with the rest of the layout, because it seems rather out of place like that IMO

 

I like this a lot, the colors compliment each other and the information is solid.

 

The colours make it difficult to read for me, there needs to be more contrast between the background and the wording.

Your TOS box looks really weird offset to the right because the rest of it is so centralised.

I really like the fire effects on the text, though. They're really good.

In short - darken the background and sort out a few layout issues and I think it would be great.
