Unfair Perm Ban!

I'm Hama.
And let me start of the begin.

Long time ago, a guy in my schoolclass, hacked me on Sythe. He changed my pass and scammed 1 guy. People thought i was a scammer 'Hama'. But i told someone to tell it's not me but a hacker. So he said: The guy on 'Hama' is NOT the owner, he got hacked.

So i went to school, i went to that guy, i was so mad i hitted him, he was scared and after we talked he gave it back. So it was OVER and i got it BACK. But then 3 days ago, i guy read it and he thought 'omg this guy is hacked' lemme report him. I got TEMP Banned then when he did, and on MSN he said dude im sorry i didnt know you are the owner, im really sorry!
So when i went on Hama, it said: Banned until 06-01-2009. So a day after the Ban, i went on Hama again and i saw

You have been banned for the following reason:
Hacked/scamming

Date the ban will be lifted: Never

This is so DAMN unfair.
Im here 2 years, getting vouches, being trusted. playing a game.
And i get PERM ban for nothing.
You guys should look good at something before you ban.
Why my temp ban was a perm? without any reason?

So, you've cited your ban reason. Then you proceed to say:

Read your ban reason again.

 

Hacked users generally get a permanent ban until the issue is sorted out, since we do not know how long it will take. The temporary ban you received just means that a Sectional issued the ban originally (they have to request permanent bans from Globals).

That said, you will have to repay anyone scammed by hacker before we can look any further into the dispute.
