New sticky in Rs accounts sections

I realize that we already have this sticky (Click Here) but I think that sythe needs to stress it even more that any account can be recovered regardless of the status of the recovery questions and the email.

    My suggestion:

Start a new thread titled: Every Account is Recoverable - Trade with Caution

Message: Remember that any Runescape account is recoverable. Even if the recovery questions and email aren't set there's still a chance that the seller may still be able to recover the account. Having a Middle Man check the recovery info is a great way to reduce the chance of you being scammed. Beware even with the recovery check its not 100% guarantee that the account won't be recovered.

Sticky the thread to all runescape account sales sections.

Of course you might want to change the message because I do have horrible grammar

I thought of this today after seeing literally hundreds of kids not knowing this before they go into trading accounts, and I think this sticky will do just that much more on educating people how dangerous Rs account trades really are.

Anyways post your thoughts I'd like to see what you have to say (Please no spam)
