Runescape fighting system. Puid?

I've heard Runescape has fighting system called puid or something similar to that. Basically it measures your chance of winning a fight against another opponent.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me more about it or point me in the right direction? Reason I ask is because a friend of mine who is an internet engineer and is an advanced user of java would like to see if it's possible to create a system that can measure everyones puid around you in game. He has never played Runescape before. If there is a way he will figure it out.

 

imo he can't.. cuz we only can do shit client sided.. not server sided

 

Ah bummer. I was just asking because some one made a claim that you can tell your puid level by how fast your character is moving. I thought if this was true I could make money quicker then continuing my enormous bot farm

It's PiD, and no, it doesnt make your character quicker. It just gives you first hit in a stake and other priorities.

 

So much for that guys claim (the guy claiming pid can be mesasured)
