Nothing too special, was looking for the grunge type of look. I haven't really been doing graphics for very long, but here it is. Feel free to rate it, and give advice. Thanks

Feel free to check it out with the new myspace layout. Honestly as a stand alone graphic it doesnt look to amazing, bur with the actual layout..i like it.

The text isn't very good though.
I wouldve used Century Gothic then put a grungy layer over it set to overlay

 

Pretty nice, matches the rest of your layout on your site.

The text is off, the least you could do was make a more grungier effect, but you could find a better font as well.

And also, center the top banner on your page, it's messed up, unless it's my Firefox..

 

Just a comment on the way you implemented it, the way it moves is somewhat annoying.

 

Yeah, it's only off centered with Firefox..and im not sure how to fix it. On I.E. it is centered.

In what way is it annoying? I think it's a cool little animation, it doesnt make the graphic hard to read or anything.

I'll look around and see if I still have some of the layered images on my computer. This is deff not an All That Remains rip..the image with the hands..its actually a mermaid ^.^ If you look close enough you can see it, but honestly I just liked the way the arms and hands looked.

 

Yeah i would've kept the text consistant with the right side the whole way through. The left side looks faded and the bit of the "Us" looks liked its accidently chopped off.

If it wasn't animated it'd look better because i like looking at the detail in it and you don't have much time before it just blurrs from the animation so its like "damn, gotta start looking all over again" which makes it really annoying.

As someones already mentioned, the fact that its not centered makes it look a bit stuffed up.

Other than that i think it looks great.

 

I appreciate all the comments, but again..depending on your browser, the image should be centered.
