When making a order you accept the following terms and conditions:

Be Polite & Respectful​

No offensive messages or nicknames - Anything that a reasonable person might find offensive ;

No spam - This includes but is not limited, loud/obnoxious noises in voice, @mention spam, character spam, image spam, and message spam ;
No harassment - Including sexual harassment or encouraging of harassment ;
No Gorey, Sexual, or scary content - Screamer links, porn, nudity, death ;
Usage of excessive or extreme inappropriate language is prohibited .

Services TOS
​

We do all our work by hand therefore we are not responsible not any mutes, bans, temp bans etc.
If you login during services you can only log in to your account if agreed upon beforehand. If you log in without permission, it can possibly result the termination of the service WITHOUT REFUND.
Please remove excess wealth from the account depending on the service.
Orders will begin depending on when the payment is accepted.
No refunds will be granted for bans or mutes.
We are not obligated to give you a timeframe depends on alot of factors but we will update you whenever you want and be as fast as possible.
We are not responsible in the event that unwanted levels are obtained in your runescape account or the possibility of loss of your HC during our services. This is due to several factors, among others; Internet problems, Jagex errors or any other reason not mentioned above.
All pre-quest and skill requirements must be done or you will be charged for the quests/skills needed to complete your job.
All items for the quest must be provided, if we are required to gather the items, a 10% fee will be charged.
Ironman accounts will only be done if all items and quests needed for your job are completed. | Otherwise a FEE will be determined and charged

Account Building Selling TOS

All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
In case of account locks please lets us know and we will try our best to make it unlocked.
If buying accounts and the account gets banned, the customer has a time stamp of 1 hour to get a refund ! If the account was asked to be built we cannot issure a refund since it wouldnt be our fault, we do not take fault on the account creation ban since we do it 100% hand made and there's no way it was on us for it to get banned.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account purchase at any time and for any reason.
After an account is sold, built and sent you are responsible for Securing your account.
When asked to build an account the customer will delivery everyting needed to make the account creation .
We will never pm you advertising other servers or asking you any type of runescape related content even other stuff so please when you receive a pm make sure to check the UID ( We can pm you if something important happens ) .
NO ADVERTISING.
All payments are upfront or we can use a middleman at your behalf.
If a Staff manager chooses to end an order due to a breach of our TOS by the customer. The customer is not entitled to any refund of any remaining order balance.
The terms of service and policies may be updated or changed at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review them before making a purchase or placing an order.
We reserve the right to ban for failure to comply with these terms of service, policies, and rules.
