PlayerAuctions.com Scam Attempt.

Some faggot on PlayerAuctions claimed he never got his items, now PA are holding my funds. First time it has happened to me, can anyone help me out.

 

You need to provide them the delivery proof with the buyer's display name which he put on the order page showing on that picture .You can email [email protected] As long as you got the proof, they will send you payment. It can take up to 2 weeks.

 

PlayerAuctions are usually smart about these kinds of things and deal with a lot of digital goods, did you screenshot/film anything at all?
They usually ask you to provide some kind of proof.

 

What I do is wait for guy to be besides me in RS, start up hypercam and highlight on the PA order page the amount and character name, then do the trade and file the video (might wanna label them to keep order). If anyone brings up a dispute that they didn't receive anything, just send that and nothing else to worry about.

Perhaps won't help for this case but hopefully will in the long run.

 

As long as you send the screenshots to the email where you direct you, you will be fine. The disbursement may take longer but in the end you will get it.

 

In the event that you did not take video or a screenshot and don't possess any kind of proof that the transfer of goods took place I'm not sure what will happen. If you have proof all you need to do is send it in.

 

just a beside question here: will they just accept proof as pictures? cause i always record my trades, would they also watch a video?

Always record with player auction. If they make a dispute, you will always win because you have proof.

 

Good news, after 10 days. They decided in my favor, the reason it took 10 days is because they email the proof to the attempted scammer to show I had proof and they wasn't replying to their emails so they gave the scammer 3 attempts to reply and they didn't and PA deemed my video enough to give me my 135 bucks.
