New Runescape Food Release??

I think Jagex plan on releasing a new food item.

Yeah, I heard it was talked about at Runefest... there's going to be a new slayer cave by the duel arena with some mushroom creatures or w/e

 

Yeah, i read that too, i created a thread on November updates. So...new food item to be released or a monster?

 

Mushrooms effect = hallucination. Heals 0 but feels like its healing 1000

 

probably going to be one of those gay things that heal over a certain period of time.

 

I hope not, i also hope it doesn't heal more than a rocktail, that would just kill pking sorta.

 

Im predicting that it will be a mushroom that heals and gives a nice stat boost.

 

Noway, I bet it will heal good and if it does give a stat boost it will hurt a stat as well

Well considering that they said for Pk'ers it probably has some sort of Pk'ing related effect. If it was normal food, or some sort of stat boosting, it would be for everyone not just Pk'ers.

 

New food.... Probably higher heal??

 

It would be nice if there was some better food ingame. Its so hard to out-eat all these ridiculously overpowered weapons ingame nowadays.

Might heal a little more than rocktails but not a lot, perhaps 50 lo?

 

Even if it healed just slightly more it would help. Alot of people might not like this as it could make it harder to get a KO, but IMO its already so easy to get a KO these days. All you need is a bit of luck and any overpowered weapon with a full spec bar.

Being able to eat your way out of a KO might benefit people who get PJed or rushed aswell. Its often impossible to eat your way out of one of those situations and everybody knows how frustrating it is to be rushed suddenly or PJed right after you finish a fight and being unable to collect your loot. It should be an interesting update. Hopefully they are not too expensive and can be accessed by everybody.

 

Perhaps it will heal a random number within a range? Maybe it will be eaten at a different speed from other food?

There's a lot of interesting things that they could do with this.

 

Very, very good points there. Perhaps it could heal randomly and heal the same as all the other foods or a little more than a rocktail. Speed would be normal I imagine though.
