From time to time, I see a user who was banned get denied because he ban evaded an unwarranted or unfair ban, or even a mod say that ban evading does not help their case.

In my opinion, if someone's ban was unwarranted or unfair, they should not be penalized because they ban evaded, because they should not have been banned in the first place.

    Post what you think!

This is pretty simple, I like it. Also, I completely agree.

People get banned for unfair reasons, not very often, but it's not rare either. I just wish our mods took more care when banning someone so we wouldn't have threads like this -.-'

No support, if you couldn't take the time to dispute the ban and explain your side of the story you must not care very much about your sythe account. Under certain circumstances when the person does deserve to not be banned theres always the high pardon forum.

Ban Evading has been clearly outlined as against the rules - and if a member genuinely thinks their ban was unwarranted or unjust then they should dispute it right away; avoiding their ban as if it's just a mere inconvenience isn't tolerated, whether or not their first account has a chance of being unbanned.
Of course we take this in to account when judging disputes, and the staff always tend to be more lenient when considering it - but breaking any rule isn't a very good sign of character.

eh i am on the fence with this. i would say support but in most cases the person deserved the ban. but as you say there are some cases where it actually was unfair...in this case i think ban evading should not be held against the offender.

A lot of users dont know you can actually post in dispute without making another account to ban evade. Maybe the user should be informed that after the warrant of their ban? im not sure just suggestion.

If the ban is unfair then why did they not immediately dispute it? Why would you blatantly break another rule in the process - it's just absurdity.

Once again I will say there is always leniency in these cases, but absolute disregard for the rules of the site just isn't on.

Luckily it is not for you to decide what is unwarranted or unfair.
