    "If you incur financial damages to a customer due to your own negligence, sythe won't honor your T.O.S in a report"

    We can all get T.O.S saying we're not responsible for anything in any case, but where the case is clear that damage is done, due to user not taking necessary precautions, we shouldn't protect them IMO.

    examples:
    *User bots on customer account and gets banned
    *User gains unwanted levels
    *User outsources services to unreliable source and something happens

    We're going to continue to decide on these types of cases on an individual basis. Totally annulling ToS in all cases like this could be problematic.
