New RS Server.. Looking for some Java coders

Hey guys... Basically, I want to create an RS server to actually last for a while. Not one who will go down rather quickly because of host issues or just the owner got bored suddenly.

This new RS server of mine will be called: 'Wakiri' and I have already created a website and forums. I am very serious about creating this server and looking for somebody to code for me who wants to be apart of this project. I have got so many great ideas, that so far everyone I have talked to about them, has loved it. Hopefully I could find someone to make that happen (its not creating new towns or anything crazy like that lol so no worries.)
