He deserves it imo, I'd never wish death upon anyone, but karma kicked this guy's ass.

 

Don't be so quick to condemn the man...you're pretty much fucked if a woman says you raped her, and nothing has been proved either way here.

 

How are you sure he raped her? The consequence for someone not informing their partner that they are HIV positive is just as serious as a rape charge. How do you know she didn't make that up because he is suing her for not telling him she was HIV positive?

Rape is a more serious crime then "not informing someone you have HIV"

Fair enough there is a chance he didn't rape her, but if he did rape her he 100% deserves it, if he didn't rape her then fair enough she should get sent to jail imo.

 

1. Dropkick is right. Guys get it shitty. If you have sex with someone and they say it wasn't consensual, they can put you in jail for it.
