How do you counter Yi right now? (Other than thornmail)

Wtf does ADC mean? I know it means attack damage carry but what is their job/where do they go/what do they do/who can be an ADC?

And how do i tell if im bronze or silver and whatnot?

Edit: Also what do skins do? Are they just there for looks or do they actually help your char?

ADC like you said means attack damage carry, they rely on farming (killing creeps) until the mid-late game (around 30-60mins), so they are dependent on last hitting creeps to get gold and at the late game they rely on their autoattacks to do the damage, some good examples are Vayne, Caitlyn, Draven, Ezreal etc.

Skins are purely for looks. Just adds some customization into the game and keeps it lively, well for me at least.

Your rank (bronze/silver/gold/platinum/diamond), if you aren't level 30, you can't tell, you are currently unranked atm I believe. When you reach level 30, you will play 10 matches were you will placed in a league depending on how many games you win out of those 10.

What do runes and mastery pages do?

 

Don't worry about runes till you're able to buy tier 3 runes. (level 20+).

Masteries can be set/started from any level.

Runes and masteries basically give you added stats. Depending on which champ/roles you are playing, runes and masteries significantly impact upon that. They are a necessity once you hit level 20+, and or start playing vs more experienced players.

Store is probably bugged if your EUW.

Imagine TOp is like an island, you are a farmer and are here to farm, you mainly dont roam unless you have specific roaming abilities (pantheon ult, etc) or your mid is doing rlly bad.

I assume you are asking why the meta is solotop and duobot. This is mainly because of Dragon Control.

 

It's probably their end so you can't do anything about that.

Biggest differences (I'm a Diamond player) is that top is solo and bot is duo. If you swap bot lane to top to vs that solo, you will more then likely win unless your skill level isn't great or your not following the current meta. If you have specific questions on roles then that's a totally new question.

 

Kind of getting back into the hang of things, but this is one of the major points I have had trouble with since the start - last hitting creeps.

Is there a certain point in which you say "now is when I should hit them" or do you just have a general idea of when to do it? Most high-end players creep upwards of 200+ CS by end game.

Looking at other suggestions CS @ 10 minutes should be ~70? I'm closer to like 40 or 50... So would you have suggestions on how to bring up that score??

 

Practice. Yes, it's a general idea. You'll figure out when to hit them to acquire a last hit the more you practice. Use different champs, with different rune sets to get a good feel of it. You can practice vs bots. However, that will only give you uncontested practice. As you progress, practice vs actual players, as factors such as ganks, lane trading, harass etc will play a big part.

 

Well first off it's really easy to CS. I average 100 CS in around 12-15 minutes depending on the role, lane matchup and situation in this current meta. Second thing is WHO CARES ABOUT HIGH LEVEL PLAYER, you will get there if you worry about yourself. Last hitting well consist of being patience and using skills correctly when needed. I've always try to focus range minon first and only melee after they are low from my minon attack so you could probably do that also.

What you could also do before a game is play a custom solo game. Focus CSing and afterwards when you join a regular game, you will have that mindset of CSing better and knowing when you should CS.

My biggest tip is don't worry about CSing so much. If you can get that CS, you get it. If you can't, you can't. Staying in lane and staying alive is way more important then CS, most players don't understand this and this is why they lose lane because they take damage for it. CSing starts to matter after the 1st back to buy items because of the item advantage, exp is what matter most and most people don't back until they died or are low which on average is around 7-12 minutes. This means, again, focus on yourself to stay alive and gain exp. It's far beneficial

 

I wouldn't say I'm new, but I do have a question.

I jungle Lee sin often now, and I always seem to fall behind in CS. Maybe I'm building wrong, or maybe I just can't farm well? Or is Lee just in general not getting as much farm as other junglers?

 

Gank/farm/both.

Depends on your playstyle. Farming with lee is super easy. However if I were you, I'd solely focus on ganking early game as lee. If you're team is doing fine/no gank options, then just farm away.

Typically I build a hydra on lee rain, hail or shine. It has great wave clear, and great dmg output.

 

Lee Sin can clear jungle at a pretty decent pace. It's more then likely your playstyle which affects your farm. If you could be more specific on your playstyle and build then that'll help me answer your question.

 

Just focus on farming when no clear gank opportunities are open, and to farm camps faster, make sure you take advantage of Lee's passive between using abilities between each 2 aa.
