New or knew

Why do so many people write knew if they tried to say new, it just bugs me :/
Is it because one person makes the first mistake and they everyone joins or what?
What common mistakes are bothering you?

Ps. You can also say no/know

Here's a tip, no one has perfect typing skills, and a lot of the mistakes arise when someone mistypes. Generally, a lot of issues come from typists who type phonetically, which means they simply sound out the word and type that. Which is why we have so many different slang words on the internet.

New vs. knew, they're vs. their vs. there, all of these issues come along when people get in a hurry.

Speech is global, as are the mistakes that come with them.
