New Members Can't Post Links

I think this would be a great idea although, it will have it's cons. But, what idea doesn't?

I see many new members joining just to post viruses and then they're banned. Then they join again and again and others join in too hoping to catch someone dumb enough to fall for their lure.

If this modification was to be added, it'd stop problems like these drastically and maybe make the post amount required for posting a link at about 25 just like how you need 50 to post in the spam forum because too many people were creating multiple throw-away accounts to post in there and troll.

Only downside I think it when new members want to post pictures with links but, it can be avoided with an IMG tag around the link.
