[New lure] Luring is not dead silly [New Lure]

Well, as I see many new lurers around Sythe being saddened by Jagex's heartless jab towards luring, I am going to give you guys one of my favorite lures that has made me personally over 2B. It does take a coordinated team and some gear, but if you get the hang of it, it's flawless.

You will need:

1 Account with:
Full mage gear, NOTHING but mage gear on, as you will only be using magic.

Inventory:
Runes, knife to cut webs, extra prayer potions, high healing food, and preferrably a
summoning pet, stocked with food. ANCIENT MAGICS.

1 - 5 Accounts with:
Full mage gear, NOTHING but mage gear on, as you will only be using magic.

Inventory for the first account:
Runes, knife to cut webs, extra prayer potions, high healing food, and preferrably a
summoning pet, stocked with food. REGULAR MAGICS, using TELEBLOCK.

Inventory for the other accounts:
Runes, knife to cut webs, extra prayer potions, high healing food, and preferrably a
summoning pet, stocked with food. ANCIENT MAGICS, using ICE BARRAGE.

Basically the idea is, you are going to lure max hyrbids at mage bank. You and your friend
only have mage gear, which saves inventory space, as you will be inside the arena
and can only use magic anyways, he will have much lower food and no where to go.
you can also run back and forth to bank as needed for your friend.

Basically, the one with teleblock will wait inside the arena at the lever. He will have
full mystic and a god staff as if training god spells.

The friends with ancients will wait near the ramp up to middle of arena, so he cant be seen
from the lever teleport.

As the main or pker teleports in, LET THEM ATTACK FIRST. This will prevent you from skulling
which means you still look like a trainer to others around who may see, and you obviously
remain a lot safer if you have any valuable items on you.
Your friend will simply autocast barrage while smiting, and you will drop food underneath
him so he can keep restocking. When your low on food, keep a sara brew or two in inv for
food for you just incase, and run to the bank for more food. Keep dropping food and prayer
potions under your friend as he smites and autocasts. The pker can only last so long. Have
the mages with ancients on spread around the arena incase he tries to run, he cant get out
of combat before another mage picks him up. This also helps if he runs to middle, you can
kill off the mages easier.



Tip: The people with higher mage should be the ones on ancients.

Tip: Bring extra teleblocks as you may splash on ahrims or karils while your in mystic.

Tip: Always use an EMPTY world to bank unless in combat.

Tip: The person on ancients can simply log and wait in clan chat inside the lobby while the person on teleblock
can world hop to find a good world and pm him to log in when needed.

they can just put karil on, mage proteckt on and run around with the zamorak/guthix/saradomin mages, and have a full bob with sara brews and tank it VERY easy

I've tried but they could run around, get you attacked by those mages in middle, or could obviously tank 5 minutes with a yak (or even a tort) with brews and mage pray...

 

me and my friends have being doing that since '06 lol

 

I've been using this since 05 - 06, it works quite well, wasn't torts and yaks back in the day but still, with max mage, you can easily run them down using curses...

 

Decent lure my man. Try including pictures of the location and the gear each person should wear. Also be more specific on the gear not just "Full Mage Gear" Very broad. This lure definitely does work though as long as the main doesn't know how to tank lol. 6/10 ^^
