I do have a Gfx, but i took it out to get the first boot, on the mobo.

When my fiance gets here, i'll take some pics of the wiring/hardware. Everything is in the right place, I have had some IT guys i know, talk me though everything, they can't figure it out either, im wondering if theres some magical method I haven't tried yet.

List EVERYTHING you are using in the build. I spent 4 hours troubleshooting over skype with someone a few months ago to find out the issue was literally due to the power cables for the closed loop liquid cpu cooling being swapped.

Sometimes a failure to boot can be caused by something so simple, that it gets overlooked time and time again.

Unplug GPU and try to boot on integrated (plug hdmi directly into mobo.) That's a good first step as it will tell you if you are looking at a GPU problem or failure to POST.

As it stands you haven't given nearly enough information for someone to help you.

Happened to me. Spent 3 days and turns out after taking it to shop it was my fault. Do you have a full modular psu? Make sure it's completely plugged into the graphics card and also make sure that you don't force the plug into the psu you carefully push it I'm until you hear a click.

So you took the video card out. What happened when you plugged your hdmi into the motherboard?

Also you don't have any drives hooked up in your picture. Computer shouldn't post if it can't find any drives.

I get no display, i need to fix this problem before I can focus on anything else, I have been told by one source, the BIOS needs updated, but I am not sure if thats the problem, or if I could even do it.

Yeah I think I found what is giving you problems. Your motherboard only supports RAM up to 1.5v but your ram wants 1.65v.

It's not about the speed, it's about the voltage. Higher quality ram will run at 1600mhz at 1.5v

Or you can just buy 1333mhz 1.5v or 1.35v ram and the difference would not really be noticeable.

I must be looking at an older revision of the ram. If you still have it check your motherboard box for a small speaker. I can't tell if you have 1 installed in the picture but the speaker will give you an error code that can help tell you what is wrong.

Take it to a PC shop, more than likely they'll see the problem instantly and do tell you the problem for free. If they charge anything it would be like 40$ tops.
