Selling a lure

Basically i'm selling a lure which my brother used to use very often about 5 years ago. I'm pretty sure its not a known lure (but if it is i will get this thread closed) and it has worked a lot. A few changes make it harder to do now then before, Althought it is still possible and has no risk at all for the lurer.

No requirements are needed either. Although you need about 10k to do this lure.

In this guide i will discuss only how to do the lure. Coversations / a script of lines will not be included. Its easy enough to make these up yourself.

There are a lot of aspects which make this lure seem 100% safe for the person being lure which is what makes this lure so succesful.
