    Hey,
    I've downloaded a program called CPU-Z and yeah you know there you can see the processor and crap that you have..
    And, I remember that before a minute the clock thing was always on 3059 or something but after I clicked it like 20 times it started changing! Did I do something wrong? Or, is't always like that and I didn't notice?

    It had just changed while you where clicking.

    Changes depending on what your cpu's doing..

    Why did you click it like 20 times? Newer processors change their voltage and such a bit to handle increased or decreased workloads. You did nothing special.
