New breed of Pures?

you need 55 slayer and completed the smokin kills quest.

 

Tbh, its great for gmaulers because before, they had to settle for either straight mauling with slow hits, or rune scim then maul. Now they can leaf blade and maul for better hits.

 

No its not. You need to be 85 combat to complete the quest.


Smoking Kills
Skill: 25 Crafting, 35 Slayer, 85 Combat
Quest: The Restless Ghost, Icthlarin's Little Helper
Item: Catspeak amulet, Ghostspeak amulet, Cat, Face mask, Earmuffs,

 

i saw someone using it at the rockcrabs.. u need to do a quest which requires 80 combat, and gives defense xp.

my friend used it and he isnt 85 combat
he was using it at lvl 68 so whoever said u need 85 cmb is wrong

 

..Although the in-game skill manuals say that the leaf-bladed sword can only be wielded with 50 Attack and 55 Slayer after completing Smoking Kills, completion of the quest is not required to wield the sword...

So u don't need to do Smoking Kills for this.

 

you can wield the sword without doing smoking kills, trust me.
just need 50 attack and 55 slayer.

 

...... about half of the tanks in hf get 50 atk/99 str because it doesen't effect combat after 99 def/range, lots of people use these kinds of pures lol, nothin new here.
