Hello, runescape community i am thinking of hosting a osrs/eoc betting server.

this server will contain

- private server betting
- eoc betting
- ingame betting

People may ask is this safe? my answer is yes because of the following ranks
- trusted dicer

Any suggestions? Post and tell me!

Vote yes/no in a reply and please tell me if there is something already like this.

I'm all for this. I'd love to be a part of a gambling-based Server. I would gladly pay for rank or status.
