Is there a DDO black market?

I know sythe.org sadly doesn't have a very active DDO (dungeons and dragons online) exchange section, more like non-existent. BUT, does anyone know of such a market that I could look in to? It's a very popular game and most MMORPG's like that always have a RWT side, but this one seems to not and it confuses me because the DDO store proves people are more than willing to put real life cash into getting better items and potions quicker, so why wouldn't they do the same to buy currency, items, etc.....from a forum like sythe?

If anyone knows of such a black market, I would much appreciate if you let me know, as I said before I would much prefer to conduct all of my virtual trades on sythe.org but if there are no buyers and sellers here, I have to find somewhere to exchange for this MMO, if such a place exists. Thanks guys.
