New Account Problem

I tried creating a new account but it came up with the following problem:

If you believe this is in error, or you are trying to legitimately change your account, please open a dispute and a sythe.org staff member will assist you. Make sure you include everything on this page in your dispute or it will not be addressed.

I wish to create a new account for a new username (not that I have a bad reputation with my other account). Since there doesn't seem to be a function to change my other accounts username, I decided to create a new one. Any help with this issue would be very grateful.

The filter is to reduce auto typers. there's no way to bypass it. You will need to post from a new IP, such as a proxy or a public IP address. Logging in after that should be fine.
