Adarsh scammed me!!!

I bought the account "Own up to me" for $30 USD and 1 week later, he recovered it back. He denies it was him but merely a hacker. So he recovered the account back (miraculously in like 2 minutes). 2 days later, it got hacked again. I confronted him on MSN, and told him I want a full refund which he refused to compensate. Here's one of the logs off his msn:
