He is basically asking me to pay him as gift or amount owed on paypal and he asked me to add note:'i am not going to get a chargeback as this is a received goods'.
What he doing is he is trying to erase evidence of scam, so when i report him at paypal he will not get banned because you cannot report money sent as gift and also received goods which he havent even give me the 40m yet.
All his vouches is written by himself too and almost all of the people who gave him vouches got banned on forum too.

How is it common when he is asking me to make a paypal payment with a note:'i will not issue any chargeback as this is a goods i received, when i did not even received any golds yet at all.

Also for those who think i am a scammer: how am I trying to scam. I have already agreed to go first and make payment as goods which is the rs golds. So how am i trying to scam?
