    Says my IP is already used when I try to create a new account
    I live in the country and use my phone hotspot for internet access. When trying to create an account I received the message that my IP is already in use. I would like to create an account. Here is my information.

    Email: [Removed]
    Username: Jack's Bad
    PW: [Removed]
    DOB: [Removed]
    Sex: Male
