workoffer possible carder/stolen paypal user

My reasoning behind the report and my assumptions that he is trying to launder stolen paypal money.

soo. where do i start.. "workoffer" posted a thread in the rsps gold forum looking for people to help him, only requirement was a verified paypal (flag #1) and you could make up to "400-800$" per month.
you can see the rest of what he asked through the skype convo, what i'd like to point out ahead of time is that he was paying us 15% of whatever he sent us, he was apparently doing this because he was worried about gold purchasing limits which kind of made sense, however once he sent me 55$ for the first chunk of gold i immedately knew what he was doing, the name on his skype and the name on what was apparently his paypal were completely different, when i asked him to get on the comcast email (another huge flag, no comcast providers in finland), so basically the only way he would of got the email is if he was american or canadian, which as you can read from the skype call doesn't make sense as apparently he was reselling it in the "finnish" market. anyway, the final nail in the coffin is when he refused to send me an email from the comcast email hooked up to the paypal, thats such an obvious sign that he is country restricted or cannot gain access to the email that i knew he was dealing in a stolen paypal account.
