New computer build & skype help.

First, my skype always acts up when I get a new computer or reset mine. When I'm in a call, the other sounds - music, video, game, etc - will come out of the speakers and not my headphones. I would always play around with my settings and it would get fixed, but I can't seem to do it now. Does anyone know a fix? I've tried looking online, but nothing's worked.

Second, another skype thing. Is there any way to be on 2+ skype accounts on one computer? I'd like to run my personal skype + a sales skype at once.
    Got it.

Third, is this a good build? http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1gElq
I'd like to maintain that price, possibly cheapen it. It would be for gaming, e.g. Battlefield 3/4, Arma 2/3, etc. Possibly livestreaming + recording as well.

I think that's all. Thanks in advance to anyone who helps.

    haswell i5(4670)
    Any sub $100 H87/B85 board.
    8gb 1600mhz
    any $40 or so case.
corsair/seasonic/antec/silverstone 600/650W PSU(probs missing a few brands but owell, http://www.jonnyguru.com/ < good for PSU reviews).
    1tb/2tb HDD
GTX660Ti/AMD 7950, if you have enough can bump up to 760/770.
If you have enough money an SSD is really nice and worth it IMO, but not necessary.
nfi what that works out to from newegg or anything, but its like $1000 here in aus.

    All in all, just research.

copy+paste from other thread, sure someone will post an actual build(inb4 its shit). If you spend an hour or 2 researching parts for the build IMO it's better then getting someone to link you all the parts lol.

Drop to 4670, drop motherboard to H87/B85. Can also drop CPU cooler too. You don't need to OC lol.

If you're into livestreaming I suggest you invest in a hyperthrading optimized cpu, namely 4770 or 3770. The rest is ok, but 2gb video memory will soon be insufficient for a full hd gaming experience. Take a look at the amd counterparts featuring 3 gb or more.

Like 50% of people say 4670k and other 50% say 4770k. >.> Really not sure which one to go with.

4670 + b85/H87 mobo. you dont need to OC and you dont need hyperthreading.

Take into account livestreaming & recording, not only gaming.
