.net Lib Updates and Sample

I made this simple Project to show the use of my lib for rs2, I have also included a few more updates

In the updates now the lib will display the current server regions as well a class to create a new account

Note on the sample the use of methods like IndexOF and Contains, this lib is made to be as easy as possible for your .net project

There are many different ways to sue this so if you don’t see what you are trying to do or find a new way to do something let me know.
