Uh. I like the color and the lighting.
The c4d on the left side seems oddly placed... I would've erased or lightened it.

Lighting is good but needs more effects!

That's the only thing bothering me. Otherwise, it's perfect.

- flow being awkward angle
- no pink/red tattoo colour being used
- monotony
- far too much negative space on left
+ nice 'n' sharp
+ focal placement

 

Pretty artistic looking, not enough light though I feel, left side of the image is pretty empty/gloomy. Looks good though.
