Pretty much identical interests to Zogre. Buying/selling bulk gold and selling accounts. If you look at Nerd123's posts and how quickly he's gotten into the market, it's quite evident he's not new and has experience. The knowledge as well as funds and familiarity of Nerd123 are not consistent with a new user.

A concern in the last report (Kingofgp) was that it was a public IP. However, additional evidence proved it was, in fact, Zogre. In this case I feel it is sufficient because the likelihood of someone being so similar to Zogre and accessing the EXACT same public internet (which isn't listed as a University and is in all likelihood something small and not accessed by many) is next to zero. It is likely something near Zogre's house he either regularly visits or steals WiFi from.
