NeoPharaoh Scammed Me

The trade was agreed to be my VWN UC Plushie Kau on Neopets for his $200 via paypal. He was also going to buy my VWN UC Faerie Wocky for $120 but failed to scam me out of that one too. I volunteered to go first. After sending the Kau to his account, he never sent me my payment. Now he is trying to claim that he did send it and I am trying to scam him, lol. Here are our PMs:

Never received a $200 payment or anything from anyone named NeoPharaoh. JK is another user from this site, her UN is josephina. I'm sure she'd be willing to vouch that those transactions were from her.

Don't know what other proof I can give you. This guy needs to be banned before he scams anyone else. He scammed someone else out of $40 shortly after he did this to me. If there's anything else I can provide, please let me know.

EDIT: This guy is harassing me on my selling thread now and disclosing my personal information. Seriously need assistance in banning him immediately.
