I am selling them for 5m runescape cash each, i am not accepting anything lower, or paypal.

Once the account leaves my hands it is fully your responsibility i am not doing any refunds, you may change the password, but i recommend not to, as it will bring account suspicion

i dont believe it will bring the account to suspension but rather these accounts have been phished and if you do change the password, the owner may find out and re change it....
