Negative J-Coins?

So I was in -160 J-Coins. I just payed it off with a $20 UGC and it said that my payment went through. Then, I was directed for another screen where it said that I was still in negative J-Coins and I needed to pay them off to play again.

Has this ever happened to anyone? If so, what did you do? Did you have to pay again?

Any ideas on what could have happened? I miss my account and I want to start playing again and if I just wasted $20 because Jagex messed up I'm gonna be PO-ed -.-

 

You might just have to wait for x amount of time for it to register that you've payed.

 

It said it could take up to 30 minutes so that might be it.
But it also said I would receive an email with instructions (not sure why?) which i haven't gotten yet

Any other ideas, Sythe users?

 

I might try writing an email to the parents email and asking them about it. Also just wait like a day and see if it happens to go through.

 

I have had this problem before
They said something about the payment not going through and then had me at -jcoins
So I had to pay just to get it back to 0 aswell as +

 

This happened to me on my pure, it took jagex 2 days for the jcoins thing to go through although it said it would only take 30 minutes -.- I don't know where they screwed up, but at least it got fixed eventually.
