The account was subsequently perm banned for botting. After we let him continue on the order, which was obviously poor judgement on my end.

TLDR: He botted on a customers account and got it perm banned. I also believe this "special individual" the other ape we see running around depositing $50 and botting on other service provider's customers' accounts.
