Needs a good video editor+designer

I want someone to be able to make videos like this:

Those two videos are of me and I just want someone who can make video editing similar to that, or even better. The person who made those is really good, and a good friend, but just slow at getting them done. I'm quite impatient at times and I just want them quicker .

I will pay for each clip, of course prices can be discussed. I'm actually looking for one person in particular who can do all of them whenever I need, or at least in a timely manner. You're more than welcome to add your own advertisement within the clips, but that will slightly lower the price of what I am willing to pay for each.

If you've ever played counter-strike then this could actually be some really easy money because you would already know how to play and record demos within the game. If you have no counter-strike experience, then I would be more than welcome to show you how to play the demo and the fraps the clip so that you can edit it. It's really not a hard task at all.
