can i do horror from the deep quest?

ok i have posted this on the runescape forums to but i still would like to here it from you guys

ok i have 40 att 50 str 1 deff :S 40 mage 40 range 31 prey 46 hp and im training str now i really want zammy book i've never done this quest before i have read guides but i just would like to no coz guides always make it sound harder than it is lol...

so does any one think i can do it or what i need to train up please help me out.

 

Sorry buddy, but the level 100 attacks you with melee and Range and you'll get pwn'd with them stats. Try and get higher range, mage.

You could try it, with a lot of luck you will pass. But you'll need to pot up and have sharks with you. Also try to bring a friend to carry food ect for you.

Edit: Watch This. She Done it at 43 Prayer but :S

 

I did it around that level; but I had had experience with the boss before on my main. So no, I would recommend that you get atleast 43 prayer for this and other quests aswell.

 

i have done other quest before that involve killing high levels but i mean im just am a low level at the moment and there are safe spots so really if i got up prayer and safed it would i survive it and can i wait for it to change from melee attack weakness to mage or range?

 

please any suggestions?

 

Yep, don't double post.

If you got 43 pray, then yes, easy. But you're always being attacked. You can hide behind a stalactite (or stalagmite, whichever comes from the ground) so you won't get hit with melee, but you'll still be hit with range, there is no absolute safe spot. You could have a friend drop sharks, but depending on your QP, you won't be able to pick up a lot. But, lower levels than you have done it, without pray I'm pretty sure, so you could always give it a shot.

 

I'm pretty sure you can, I've done it on a lvl37 with 50 ranged and 35 mage lol and no prayer, just don't panic and bring a tele incase.

There are safe spots for the dagganoth but NONE for the mother, there use to be one, but they took it out, I know this because I've done it at least 4 times now(2 in HD 2 before they fixed the safe spot).

I've done it on a level 23 with 35 mage. Only maging...

It's soo fucking easy.



Just change styles when he changes colors and keep your HP up.

 

Easy. Safespot on first monster with range and range pot. Mother - use rings of recoil for extra damage while maging.

Easy.

 

it is an easy quest, you could do it with them stats, when my obby mauler is unbanned im going to be doing this also, 65 str 50 range and i'll be gettin 60 mage for it.

 

Easily man there is stop to hide btw, but you probably won't find it tbh. Anyway , make all kinds of bolts and sharks + recoils and it will be easy

 

you should be able to, have a mate there dropping foos. pot up to max. try n get it stuck for maximum amounts of times, u cant get it fully stuck though. u shud be able to do it if you try real hard. if no then simple as getting the prayer, with prayer u can get easy.

 

you should get your mage to around 60
it would make it much less difficult,
but yes, it is possible.
