this is a trust thing, so put everything you don't need for the quest in bank, and have required supplies in inventory, don't be cheap with it though, can't complete a quest with just the supplies if it requires a boss fight or something along the lines of that. thanks and hopefully, i can get a good word from you guys thanks

No, you can still offer free questing/services but you can't ask people to vouch you afterwards. They can vouch you of their own accord but you're just not aloud to ask for them. So if you do a good job people are more likely to leave you a vouch.
