truthfully, gonna be hard to get 99 str 60 atk under 60 cmb.. but i think 94 range 90 mage would own more if you use curse and cannon wouldnt get too many hp lvls either

 

i no it woudl be hard but not really 99str but it lest like 80 and i now ican be under 60 cause i have lvl 50 freind lvl 60 somthin with 60 attk 82 str 3 def and 15m lol wisht hat was me but wat im doin now is gettin 50k laws 2 get 85 mage

 

Under 60cb I'd say a mauler is best so yeh, look up some maul vids possibly dream rat's vids and have fun

and 1 prayer
40 attack.

trust me when u have 99 range u ko with rune cbow or dragon bow
40 attack is for f2p rune 2h ko

this is for both p2p and f2p

i peronsally think prayer isnt really neccacary but your choice on that one.

lol @ the ppl who say 70 prayer + 1 def,

to use that new piety prayer you need to do some quests that give defence

 

i would say 99 range 1 def 1 pray then just get d bow and spec people then run out of wildy

should ko people ur lvl with one spec
