Where to buy an account from?

I'll get straight to the point. I have ~13$ in my paypal and I'm looking to buy a pure account, preferrably with mage/range being the highest stats. I was going to use gold4rs, however after seeing all of the upset customers/would-be customers, I'm looking for an alternative. Has anyone used usfine to buy accounts before? Or should I just stick to buying accounts on sythe?Because I'm not too fond of getting scammed and/or lied to.

 

I think you're better of buying an account which you like from Sythe.org.

The price would be much cheaper and it's garaunteed that you receive it if you use an OMM.
