Buying a good pure 90+stats! [Paypal/WU/anything]

Hey guys.

Let's keep it clean and to the point.

I'm looking for an account with some requirements. It must have at least a level 92 in what it's specialising in.. e.g. a strength pure must have 92 strength. Ideally, level 98 would be preferred, but 99 is also good xD. The defence would preferably be 1, any higher than this and in my eyes the value of the account starts decreasing. Some money on the account would be good, but this is not necessary. Bonus things like firecape, BH rank etcetc will be taken into consideration. Good non combat skills are required, It would be amazing to have a 99 in one of these.

Defence: 1/10/20/40

Range: 92/98/99
Mage: 94/96
Prayer: 1/43/52
Summoning: 1
Firemaking: 98/99 (Love that cape!)

Cooking: 60+

I am willing to pay anything up to $600 MAX for an account. Looking for the account as a main, but mainly to pk and bh etc.. basically player killing in clan wars etc.

This is how I will trade:
I am a leecher still so have no trust, although I used to be very trusted on RST and was an MM there.
You will give the account recovery DETAILS to an official MM. Not your password. The MM will then change the password using the recovery details, therefore I know the details are legit and you can't take it back. Once I am sure that the account is safe to buy, I will transfer the money to you. Once you have received the money, the MM will give me the details, not the new password. I will then change the password using the details. If I am granted access to the account then that is a good trade and it's finished.
