Any items that are required for leveling must be provided by you.

All jobs must be paid in full prior to starting.

Any items that are required to complete the job must be already pre bought before me or my workers log onto the account , if it is not then a 1m fee will be added onto your training cost.

Also , any items that are acquired by us such as MOG , Chins , Runes or any other items that we have gained whilst on your account will be kept by us. Unless you have specifically paid for full graceful etc.

Do not try and log into the account until i confirm that the job is complete.

I do have a right to reject your request so please don't be upset , i'm just a busy man IRL.

Please ensure you change your password before giving me access to the account and change it back again once i have completed the job.

Please remove valuables from the account , there should only be items on the account that is needed/required to complete job request.

We are not responsible for any bans etc that your account may or may not receive.

All skills WILL be hand trained , no botting whatsoever.

If you require a refund for whatever reason we will work out the xp we have gained thus far on your account , work out how much gp that equates to and we will take the gp that is owed to us for the skilling that was done and you will be refunded the rest.
