Something to think about

The people who wrote the New Testament never actually met Jesus. So why do you believe that Jesus was a god and not just a mere mortal when the people who WROTE the bible never met him? Discuss

 

Technically there is reason to believe that no one ever met Jesus, since there is little to no evidence of a historical Jesus. All of the Gospels were written some time after the supposed death of Jesus, and most were based off of Mark as far as I know.

Well Paul never met Jesus either, he just had some "divine revelations" or some shit from God. Sounds to me like Mormonism, which I think is complete bullshit. If there are Mormons here who get offended by that, then follow a more believable religion.

 

Us Muslims believe he was a prophet of god. A mere mortal who was just born among us, he wasn't the son of god. God having the virgin Mary give birth to Jesus was a miracle, but there he has no father whatsoever.
