The time it takes depends on your prayer lvl(or def lvl) and your range/mage lvl

You need 6 prayer potions, 6 super energy potions, 100 monkfish, 2 Dueling rings, If your ranging, Rune crossbow and 50 Emerald bolts or magic shortbow and 75 rune arrows, If your maging, air battlestaff(or staff of air), runes needed for 50 casts of the highest fire spell that you can use.
