Sythe user "Pastaman" discord: Doubt#0481

Hi there,

A sythe user named "Pastaman" and his discord is: Doubt#0481 tried to scam me. He agree'd to sell me the rsn: "Hijack" we both agreed to use a MM called "Blaze" formerly known as "Mudzilla" and his discord name is "Sunny#1744"

We were all in a group and my seller had his friend invite me to another group and he was impersonating the real "Blaze" on sythe. As you can see in the screenshot, the fake Blaze doesn't have a discord nitro logo. I figured it wasn't him right away and left the chat. Nothing was lost in the process. But Pastaman was definitely onto me. He knew that was the fake Blaze all along because he invited me to a different group with the fake Blaze already in the group. I just want Pastaman perm banned from this site. Here are the screenshots for proof:

I just posted on Pastaman's thread just to warn other buyers that Pastaman is a scammer. I explained what happened in his thread and I posted an imgur link showing the proof that he tried to scam me. Ten seconds later my post got removed by a MM named "Inferno Btw" Please confirm this. I am sure this is his friend.

I believe that Pastaman is being setup. I encountered War today and he was going to purchase a RSN. He wanted @Devil to MM and refused to move forward without it so I invited both of them into a group and he immediately made up an excuse to decline. I bet he was trying to invite an imposter but I was already quick enough to make the group chat. It seemed odd that he was on board with the sale and after the group chat creation, he said he found another RSN. I'm not sure if Pastaman encountered a similar situation but definitely very sketchy tbh.

I found it weird that he wanted to trade only after I MM'ed his friends "large trade."

 

@Amputator - Show the beginning of this Discord group DM.

 

I don't have the beginning of the group chat. I was talking to the real Blaze through pm. We were both in a group chat together. Out of nowhere, I got invited to a group with an imposter plus Pastaman was already in it. I informed the real Blaze through pm to confirm if it was him or not and he said it was an imposter. I'm 100% sure that Pastaman set me up with an imposter. I'll post screenshots of my chat with the real Blaze on discord. Imgur

Check the @ sign at the top next to Sunny's name to confirm thats the real Blaze. Also.. check the date/time of our messages. It's right before I started messaging the other two in the group chat. I have nothing to lie about I'm innocent. Pastaman tried setting me up.

 

I'll have to add my input on this since you @Amputator stated you was going to buy rsn: Hijack off @Pastaman then sell it to me afterwards. Though in the assumption of how our conversation was going i had to assume you had that name in your possession at hand. Then having pastaman pm me on Sythe. Saying if i was interested in the name "hijack" as well already pointed out the obvious that something wasn't right. From what i am gathering in my point of view and what's being said. Pastaman was already in a different discord with a fake that you got invited too.. Pastaman messaged me saying you were in a discord with him using an imposter account but you said they were already were in both the same discord together before you got there. More or so this is a situation where a vouched name seller is using his name to scam people along side with a friend or himself trying to play as 2 people on discord. Again correct me if im wrong but i've seen this happen before. If any staff needs to see screenshots of me having conversations between these 2 let me know ill post what I have screenshotted in essense to help resolve this issue.

 

@Amputator - Discord impostors often camp the middleman forums in an attempt to scam users. If @Pastaman did not add you to the group chat, there is nothing that can be done here. Judging by this screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/zNfr1fb.png the impostor added both of you to the group dm.

 

If pastaman knowingly knew amputator was in the same discord chat as him isn't that enough evidence as is? If pasta told me amputator tried to imposter him with a fake mm? with them being in that discord amputator got invited into?

 

as in how are they going to call upon a mm if amputator stated he got invited to the disc server knowing it wasn't the real blaze with nitro. Whilst pastaman in a discord with a fake and for someone with quite a few vouchers under his belt wouldn't he check to see if it was the real mm with nitro under his name.

 

No bro, I've been told that Pastaman has been doing this to numerous people. Even when I confronted him about it.. his responses were very questionable. He was acting like a smartass and using immature remarks. It was just obvious something wasn't right. He knew exactly what was going on. I also heard he has tried to scam other people on this forum.

 

and yeah I'm aware of imposters camping the MM section but Pastaman's name has been going around lately. I guarantee you he will get banned very soon. The way he was talking to me after the incident just gave it away. He was acting so sarcastic, etc. It was obvious he tried to scam me. I can tell when someone is innocent or not but his actions were blatant.

 

I can show what he says up there isn't true i still have the convo with him on discord if needed @Pendulum

 

Dude, do you have a life? Stop making up bs.. more than three people have told me you've tried scamming them. Pen, if you need some more evidence that Pasta is trying to scam lmk. I have a pm from someone else who told me he almost got scammed by Pasta earlier.

 

If you aren't a scammer lets do the trade with an admin or a mod?

This report does not prove that @Pastaman was involved with the impostor (in fact, he was added to your DM). It is likely that the impostor tried to scam both of you before @Blaze was responded. Thankfully nothing was scammed here, but you should both make sure to confirm who you are speaking with on Discord with a confirmation PM on Sythe.
