Main banned/locked for 2+ weeks

My main account ''T1N0'' was banned for getting account info leaked but then all of that got sorted out and I got my account back. After sythe moved from Vbulletin to Xenforo I got banned again with a message saying please recover your account and ect. I have no email or anything in my inbox ( had video confirm I was checking the right email ) its been like this for 2+ weeks and I have no access of the inbox or anything , if I do try to access anything it just refreshes and gives me an error . I have been using an alt account for the time being and its really difficult to do trades along with pm people.

Iv made a dispute before this along with a bug report.
