    C4d text tutorials on youtube for the text
    background is a c4d render, nothing fancy there
    Text shine and moving lights likely key framed in photoshop, youtube basic photoshop animation tutorial
    Likely third party program for the rest of the animation (sparks and smoke) like After Effects or Sony Vegas, do a more specific youtube search for these
