Need to gain weight.

Hey guys, first off I'm 17 60kg and 6ft I'm really skinny for my size and I'd like I know how to gain some weight fastest way possible. I have some weights at home I can use but when I do use then I never really see any progress. I'd like to gain muscle pronto. It's really annoying being skinny, wearing short t-shirts people notice it a lot more and I'm normally stuck wearing jumpers and long sleeved t shirts. Also I'm a really picky eater but if it's for the best ill man up and eat it if I need to. Any reccomendations for what for I should start eating? And for lunches my parents to give me $10 a day to get whatever, so what I'd have to buy for lunchtime would have to be affordable and buyable on the go, like subway or something of that sort. Sorry if this doesent make sense I'm writing this on my phone so there may be a few grammatical errors.

 

We're incredibly similar. I'm six foot one, 17 years old and around the seventy kilogram mark. I had a similar question and asked in a thread in the Sports/Outdoor section what I could do.
