Need Thread layouts and some other

Looking for simple thread layouts and some other stuff.
Not looking for amazing graphics, just want it simple and clean.
Some stuff I want:

- A couple text boxes as Terms of Service and an Introduction.
- A pre-made thread with certain services I offer ( for example, 1-70 skill 15$, with a picture of the skill or something )
- a thread where I can edit in my own pictures. This is for accounts I want to edit in. These accounts change like every week or so, so it requires constant changing.
This could be a thread with empty gaps where I can post in a picture of the stats. Or you can give me the source file of the lay-out and show me how I can edit in the pictures I need myself.

Please name the prices for these 3 points individually. Feel free to offer all 3 with a discount, but I'd also like to see the individual prices.

I don't add your Discord unless I am interested in your prices. So please don't just post your discord with no (estimated) pricetag.
