Need Thread Layout/Sig - Cheaper Side of the Spectrum

low as possible budget, a signature just something basic and 2 click tabs below it with my "vouches" my "NMZ Training" nmz training layout to be somewhat basic as cheap as possible if you could with some color you pick the colors, explaining what I am offering, what my prices are, hand done training what the requirements are etc and my skype with the little skype icon, maybe a couple capes in the background, str,hp,def and range something like that.

Wouldnt be anything crazy as you want it cheap, but $14 for both? Not sure if that works for you but if so cameronplainhowson is my skype.
